Chris Brown has been an oyster and kelp farmer on the Hood Fjord (“Canal”) since 2021. Bearded Oyster Co. is on a mission to provide a unique oyster-farmer-to-plate experience and highlight the magic and minerality these bivalves have to offer us and our ecosystem.
